How does the Ambassador Program work?

As a ModernVivo Ambassador, you’ll get extended free access to our academic product and a unique opportunity to shape product functionality & drive adoption. Help us put this tool into the hands of people who will go on to do groundbreaking research!

Commitment & Timeline

⏱️ Total time commitment: 3-6 hours per month

• September 2025 - Preparation
  • Get free access to the ModernVivo product. Try it out to learn about the tool and get excited about sharing ModernVivo with others!
  • Kickoff session to answer your questions about the program (date coming soon!)
  • Receive your **Ambassador Program Kit,** complete with everything you need to be successful!
• October 2025 - ModernVivo Academic Product Launch!
  • Post weekly about the ModernVivo Academic Product Launch starting October 15 (minimum of 2 channels)
  • Share the launch news in any relevant campus channels (slack, discord, department or lab listserv, registered student organizations, etc.)
  • Goal: drive 10 signups for the product
• November 2025 & Beyond - Ongoing Program
  • Continue using ModernVivo and sharing the tool with your peers.
  • Driving additional signups opens up new perks and benefits for you.
  • Monthly office hours with the ModernVivo team. Opportunity to 👉 sign up 👈 for limited mentor sessions with ModernVivo Founder & CEO, Ian Levine.

Getting Started

Your goal as a ModernVivo Ambassador is to help drive interest and signups for the new ModernVivo Academic Product. Here’s how to get started:

• [ ] Step 1: complete program signup and get access to the ModernVivo product

• [ ] Step 2: After completing program signup, you will receive a unique referral code. This will help us track the signups you drive.

• [ ] Step 3: spread the word about ModernVivo, and share your code to get credit!

  • 📱 Post to your socials
  • 👥 Share with friends, colleagues
  • Share in on-campus channels (slacks, discords), groups, or during lab meetings

  —> Direct people to the ModernVivo Academic Page (coming soon!) to sign up. When your friends create their ModernVivo accounts, they’ll be asked to enter a referral code. This is where they should enter your unique code. Anyone signing up for a paid subscription will receive 15% off when using your code.
